Firstly, let's explore the symbolism of angels. Angels are often associated with protection, guidance, and divine intervention. Overall, I think the book is extremely weak but still manages to be entertaining to an extent. I'll still read the next two, but only because I bought a box with the entire trilogy.

I can't say it's a bad book exactly, but I can't say it's on my top10 either. The writing is sometimes a little dull, with overly dramatic comparisons that intend to be romantic but end up being boring and plain weird. With that being said, most characters are extremely uninteresting, the main couple included. In fact, the only characters that sounded somewhat promising were Gregory and Lacey. The plot unfolds predictably and it doesn't help that the version I read was horribly translated. A few years ago, I was jogging alone through a little park on a rainy afternoon. Suddenly I heard a voice saying, “Sir, sir.” An attractive young lady came running down a grassy knoll toward me. I looked around me—young ladies don’t usually come running up to me—but I was alone, so I stopped. She came closer and asked me if I knew where the Alberta Hospital was in the city. I knew it was clear across Edmonton and hard to find. She said a patient who was a friend of hers was expecting her to visit at 6 p.m. and she was afraid of being late.
