if you have had your ear syringed in the last 2 to 3 days – this could also make it painful to use the eardrops. For Eye: Adults, children and infants (all age groups): One or two drops 4 to 6 times a day should be placed in the infected eyes. If necessary the frequency of dose can be increased.
